Very ignorant person regarding TV insurance I've never had, offering 50% discount on final payment. Told her to GTF hung up and she called back twice threatening me she would be taking £400 from my bank account.

Was called by someone called Ben Cook from appliance aid Ltd, claiming that we needed to either pay a cancellation fee of £79 or agree to further three-year cover for TV purchase two years ago. Total scam: when asked to send me the purported agreement he ended the call.
