Claiming to be O2 and advising I could upgrade and would I be looking to do that today (02/12/2021). I told her she was a scam my as I am not with O2; she hung up. Scammers avoid!!!

Lady with Indian accent, couldn't understand her. Only phrase I caught was who my provider was. Told her I couldn't understand her and wasn't interested. I then hung up. Number now blocked.

Lady with an Indian accent called claiming to be from Carphone warehouse and offering to upgrade me to an iPhone 13, I asked her to email me the details and she passed me to her supervisor - a gentleman with an Indian accent then asked me for my email address for data protection, I gave my email address (quickly) and he asked me to spell it - I stated that surely he could see it and he then hung up

Delay on the call suggesting it's being re-routed woman with Indian accent said she was calling from ????? Didn't understand her hung up at that point now blocked.
