Posed as from EE Tried to ask for a code sent by text - which then says they’ll never call to ask for the code. Also couldnt name the bill payer Hung up and blocked
Missed call. Called back (withholding number) "Thank you for calling the National Helpline" Various options which I didn't pursue but obviously a scam/fraud hence reported here.
