01249 872547 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

This number has called four times today - when we answer there's no one there. So frustrating - just rang again Asian lady I hung up........Why can't the telephone companies do something?

This number has called several times over the past 2 weeks. I picked up the first call and a man (Asian accent) wanted to conduct a survey and wouldn`t take "no" for an answer, so I rang off. Oddly, on Caller Display this number is prefixed by "International out of area". However, most annoyingly, it is causing my broadband router to drop out every time, whether I answer or not. Fortunately, I can usually re-set the router OK, except for once when, after several calls to/from my ISP, I had to make alterations to its settings. My residential telephone line is with BT, but they didn`t want to know as I do not have a broadband account with them.

Similar story to those before me. Unsolicited calls, nothing the other end, after a few seconds the line goes dead. Annoying. Am with Telephone Preference Scheme so these time wasters should not be cold calling my number.

Just had a call luckilly I was on my mobile and didn't answer, checked 1471 afterwards. This is not the first time, yes they ring often and mostly Asian voices, as soon as they start I put the phone down. They should be stopped.

I answered a call my father got from this number today but no voice or message. I think he often gets this call as he is confused and often phones me at my house when no one talks to him. He is a member of the tps. Maybe this is why they do not respond. Annoying!

the asian man said they are from 'way of life' and asked loads of odd questions, knew my address, postcode and number already. who are they really and what do they want?

rang but no message left on answering machine caller identity indicated it was a network number

Ccall twice a day and says it is something about 'Lifestyle' and says it is just questions. It is an Asian voice, and each time I cannot always understand, so it comes back again with another sound of voice, still Asian. What are they up tp?

Rang at 5.13 this morning. Leapt up to answer with heart in mouth expecting bad news with elderly relatives, answered the phone - no one there. Spammers!
