This call is one of different numbers which call me 2 or 3 times a day. All are spam numbers which are a nuisance. Blocking them doesn't make any difference!!

I only answered because it came up as a local number (Chichester). Person spoke fast, with a strong accent & unfriendly tone - hard to make words out. They repeated that they "assist tenants of the council, are you one of them?" I said I wasn't a tenant - sounded like they sighed or sniggered and they hung up.
