This appears to be a Virgin Media sales-style call. I’d check any offer through my account first rather than agree to anything on the phone.

Female with Indian accent claiming to be from Virgin Media. As soon as she asked me to confirm the 1st line of my address I said no hung up and blocked number
Given comments it does appear to be scam/fraud call - phone rang 3 times and caller rang off before I wcould answer - as good a sign as any that it was fraudulent,
Called me on 26/01/24 at 17.46pm, claiming to be from Virgin Media. Woman spoke with Asian accent and was very hard to understand but offering me new price for my contract. I said "email me because I can't understand a word you are saying and I'm sure its a scam!", then put phone down. They rang again tonight (29/01/24) at 19.07pm but I've blocked the number. Exeter
VM employee who was offering a new deal. Asked for my address. I told them that they rang me and I would not give it. He asked me why nd I said you are a scammer! They have rang 3 times since and they have hung up the phone on all 3 calls.
I've received a few calls from this number. Unsure it is true Virgin Media with poorly trained telemarketer employees or a scam/fraud. That bad. Since, I have a contract with Virgin Media which cannot modified yet, I have challenged the caller without giving information about me... they didn't have the faintest about my contract. They wanted me give them some detailed info about me to access my contract! Sounded and acted like a scam. Unfortunately, callers had Indian accents which is not helpful as there are so many scams with Asian 'employees'. I told callers that I would verify their number and would call Virgin Media myself to see if I am entitled to a new deal.
Virgin Media sales (foreign speaker) , VERY pushy, calls several times a day, bordering on harassment - blocked number
Call claiming to update roof insulation. Recognised female with UK midlands? accent some months back but number different. Asked if I was the property owner. Told her we had received call previously and we are reg on telephone preference and rang off.
Said they were from Virgin Media and could give me a better deal. When I asked them to forward their deal via email as I could not confirm their identity so would not divulge my personal information. They hung up 😄😄😄😄

Foreign woman asking me about Virgin Media. Knew my name but when I asked what it was about, she said that she noticed I was ok the basic package when I am not. Then asked for address and dob. I said no thanks and hung up.
Listened to a minute of what sounded like conversations in Indian. Eventually a foreign woman said she was from Virgin media. Third call from different numbers today of similar content. Blocked this number plus another received today.
Rang me three times in a week. Rang off before I answered. Will now block.
