Male robo voice (James) asked if I was the homeowner, so I said NO, but then he continued and wanted to know what loft insulation i had installed. At this point I hung-up.

Recognised voice and opening question as male, (James) who has called previously using other exchange numbers. Claims to be" local energy adviser", strange that as he was in Cheltenham and I'm in Nottinghamshire! Calls now blocked
