Unable to say who they were after but hung up after I questioned them. Like the comment above a call about housing complaint. I found it strange that I had just got off the phone to virgin complaining about my bill and then this call happened

The caller with am East Indian accent said they were calling about the problem I reported to the Housing Officer but on questioning they hung up. What is strange is that I have recently reported a problem to my Local Authority, so I nearly fell for the scam call
