Dangerous Fraud. Council Home Owner SCAM. Woman Caller with English Accent. The Mention of Council is clearly designed to engage you into a conversation leading to Fraud. DO NOT REPLY. Do Not Even Reply with Yes or No to Her Questions. Put The Phone Down and REPORT HER.
Claimed to be returning a call about loft insulation and a government grant.
Uninvited caller breaching my GDPR rights. Woke me up from a much-needed sleep. I have had several of the same types of call lately. Will keep right on blocking them but it's about time more positive action was taken.
Tried telling me we had insulation paid for under government grant, that it could cause mould, and we hadn't had a survey since it was installed. All complete BS. This was so a scam call!
Claimed to be a local energy advisor but the call is from Canterbury and I am in Norwich so must be scam
Loft and cavity insulation -- very pushy. "We're going to fix up an appointment for you..." -- no, you're not.
Possible fraud as stating they were following up on a call I had made about loft insulation. When I said I had not made any calls about this, the caller hung up. Possibly targeting vulnerable people who may not remember or who are lonely and will try to have a conversation. Needs reporting/investigating.
No one on the line when I picked up.
Asking to come and survey our loft that had had insulation. Saying there are problems with condensation. Asked if we had converted our loft. The call sounded robotic/recorded/waiting for answers. So I answered differently... he asked me to repeat, but again it sounded like a recording. When I didn’t answer properly they said thank you and put phone down! Waste of my time again...

Assholes trying to sell cavity and loft insulation. Calling right around the time you sit down for your evening meal after a hard day. Bunch of shitheads and I told em so! Fk off!!
