Claims to be TelePro Marketing, which is as maybe. They say they're peddling will-writing services and pre-paid funeral plans.

Claim to be a medical alert. Called most of our neighbours today saying same thing.. My advise is to invest in a call blocker phone. The number showed on our phone today, but as its a blocker phone, they could not get through...

said I was shown as valid for a medic alert pendant free of charge and was I over 50. I asked him what my name was as this seemed suspect to me. He asked for my name - he did not know, so could not have got any info from a database. He hung up.

Same experience as others. Said he was from medical centre, says I could qualify for pendant. Asked age, and what I had 'in place', if I had a fall!! Soon as I said I thought it was an intrusive question he hung up.

Caller said I could qualify for a free medical alert pendant. I said what the hell do I want with a medical pendant? He then proceeded to tell me what it was. I said I already knew because my 90 year old mother has one. he then said OK, fair enough and hung up.
