Caller: name was un-intelligible and i did not ask him to repeat - was human!

Man with Indian accent (= scammer), asking what trouble I have with my house, damp condensation etc. He said he was from a housing unit and could help with repairs. When I said I did not rent, but owned my house, he said he'd call back, and of course he didn't because it's a scam.
