A man claiming to assist with housing, I hanged up and blocked the number.

I didn't catch the company or his name but he was asking about council and housing association tenants who maybe suffering from damp or problems with things not being repaired I don't have any of those issues with my housing association and he left it at that. My phone said scam caller and it maybe one but I couldn't say either way I wouldn't give out any information even if he was legit I would look up and go directly to a company dealing with that type of issue.
