Call Centre background noise. "I'm 'Emma Kirby'? the energy advisor for your area. Are you the home owner?" So, what happened to "Antipodean Jo/Joan"? Exactly same spiel as her. Told this one sick of getting these calls and to ****** ***. Twelfth call on this same topic and nearly same spiel since Nov 2023. Eight this year, including 4 since end August. All numbers blocked. They just move on. Despite ICO having fined two companies recently for this type of call and exposure on BBC "Morning Live" programme, TPS/ICO toothless when others carry on. The Telecom companies that rent out these numbers should also be prosecuted.
