Caller said they were from Green Eco Grants scheme based in Manchester. Dialing code was for Birmingham. Caller had limited english and was unclear as to full address of business . The telephone number of Green eco grants shows a different telephone number. Caller terminated the conversation when i asked specific questions as to what the purpose of the call was. Left feeling that the call was not legitimate as I have not requested this service and caller had very limited details other than name postcode and phone number.
