Somewhat of car accident company. No idea whose is that actually, but spoke politely and called by chain reaction of other car accident company and eager to speak a long. Suspicious information collectors, could be frauds, scams whatever and just take advantage of not you're fault or get out some money for their services. Blocked as another danger to mental well-being.
