So called ‘Energy Department’ called at 11.39, failed to leave a message. Same people called earlier from Cheltenham number 01242785503. Highly suspicious.
Dodgy voice claiming to be 'James' and talking about Energy Efficiancy but doesnt respond to your comments so probably prerecorded message trying to suck you in.
