The number 01206325678 called, saying it was just a courtesy call, and checking about warm homes and insulations and if I might be eligible. When I said that my home was council, without a word, the person just put the phone down. Nothing courteous about that. If it's a genuine organization/company, then I do not wish anything to do with them if they treat people like that. So I suspect they are a scam.

Earlier today received call saying they wanted to check the moisture content in the roof insulation laid 10 years ago. Being a Retired Architect I refused their offer. If I had been in my office the phone there shows on a screen the callers number. I wouldn't have answered.
