On TPS and told "James" I wondered if was initially a robot call until adviser availabe. He spoke non stop over everything that I said as if I wasn't there. I asked a question but he just continued talking over me about insulation. I said I am dying and the ambulance is here Just continued talking over me about insulation! 5 calls in 3 days.
Energy Adviser..damn nuisance!! Rang my landline today at 11.30am with usual scripted garbage for telesale. I just disconnected him, deleted his number and blocked it. They operate from a Colchester Call Centre and chap sounds like a British born native.
