Same, he said we'd arranged a survey - not true! When challenged that no survey was needed or asked for he cut me off!

Said they were from Universal wanting to give my house a heat check. Tried to imply it was a government induced thing but I declined

called asked if i was my bosses wife from meads end when i said no laughed and hung up? no clue what meads end is but you can hear they are cold calling other people in the back
