I didn’t answer the call and they didn’t leave a message. Mot the first time I have been contacted by this number. They never leave a message.

Answered and they had my full name and said a request to repair mold and damage to a council house had been made via form in my name in December. I do not live in a council house and never filled in a form. Had this call a few times last year with the same message but never made any claims.

As above, answered, line was silent so auto dialler which dropped the connection when no agent available.

Rang and when I answered it was silent I waited 14 seconds and nobody spoke, so I assumed it’s a robot calling, the line then went dead, I have now blocked this number
