Caller said "Hello I'm David from so-and-so Windows & Doors". Told him to go away. Number now blocked. But then had another unrecognised phone call 20mins later from 07711 number - not answered.
Another site has this number associated with a bunch of scammers or criminal 'traders' saying your loft insulation is out of date or is illegal. Just block them or pass the number to OFCOM
Said they were from solar energy advice line or similar. I said I was on the TPS and they went away.
