Automated (AI) voice claiming to be "James" from a local (not our area code, so definitely not *local*) energy company. This "James" has previously called on various other numbers, always refusing to answer simple questions, like "Who do you want to talk to" and either eventually hanging up, or immediately having the phone put down on "him" as soon as his "voice" is recognised.
