Claimed to be calling from EE. My 4G sim card was going to be deactivated in 2 days and they would send out a free 5G sim card. Asked when I would like this delivered, and whether I would like to keep or change my number. I asked to keep my number but, in order to do so would need me to verify my details to link the new sim card to my current phone number. Hung up after that

First call. Adressed me as Mam, did not mention my name to confirm who they were speaking to. Claiming to be calling from o2. Saying due to having a good billing record they are going to give me 25% off moving forward. To do this they had to clarify my details and asked for my full name and address. When I asked if it was ok if I hang up and contact o2 myself they said no it was a one time deal. I declined giving my name and address. They wished my a good day and ended the call.
