Called said he wanted to talk to me about the problems I reported to the housing officer. When I say I don't have a housing officer he said ok and hung up.

This site says it's a landline, but it's not, when I returned the missed call I got an automated voice saying "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and we will answer your call as soon as possible."
