0115 990 1253 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Said they were from a Housing Association about 'my problem'. Clearly spam and told them I was reporting them.

I didn’t answer. Checked online to see if a nuisance. Rang them and when answered I blew a referee whistle as loud as I could into into the phone, I have an average of 3 such calls a day 0113, 0333 with changing numbers following and usually didn’t answer and blocked and reported spam. Now, it’s the whistle. My nerves are shot with these calls and time politicians were taking this seriously,

Rang, answered, quite no one spoke, I said hello and then the line disconnected straight away. Blocked the number. 0115 990 1253 - Showing as from Nottingham-England on my phone

called saying they were a housing management company calling about the issue I raised. I don't use anything like that. hung up and blocked number

I didn't answer, I never do, they left no message. Came here for answers and it looks scammy.

Called 10.27am, my phone automatically treated it as spam and just showed it as a missed call rather than letting it ring through so I didn't answer it.

Called at 10.59 am. I didn't answer, as I didn't recognise the number. They did not leave a message, so I assume a scam call.
