Called to say they worked for local council/in liaison with local council and wanted to investigate the repairs I had requested on my council home. I cross-questioned him (a man with a Filipino accent) repeatedly to give me the name on the account, give me details of who he thought he was calling, asked him to give me details of the property he thought he was calling about. He wouldnt answer anything, just kept saying he was "compliance". I asked him to at least tell me what my name was, considering he had called me about "a report I had lodged". A few mins later, he hung up exasperated by me. 100% scam. I am not a council tenant.
