Warranty renewal type call.

Answered, no one spoke, think it was a robo call

Came up as Argos They left no message(!)

said D&G for an Argos purchase ipad last year where warranty was running out and she had an offer for me on an extension, i said ok whats the offer, she said she needed my account & address details i said well you must have them after all you called me, you said you have an offer so just tell me, she got frustrated said she had a job to do and hung up on me hahaha. Reported & blocked!

They claimed to be Domestic and general representing Argos. They were trying to get me to purchase extended insurance on an iPad I bought someone as a gift last year. When I declined, they started trying to sell me insurance for all of my other home appliances. I declined and hung up.

I had the same, think it might be genuine

Called me twice now saying I purchased a shark hoover from Argos but I hadn’t and insurance ran out claimed to be domestic and general definitely a scam

They called me saying they are calling on behalf of argos. They have my details as well . They claim to be from domestic and general insurance under Argos. I have a feeling they are scammers

No idea who this is but when they call it’s very strange as my partners phone rings the exact same time with the same number. Every single time!

Asked to speak to my wife. This number is not linked to my wife... Then they just hung up

Called several times . I answered and they said my name and hung up. previously they had left a message saying they were Argos. .

Phone rang for about 60 seconds then stopped . On checking this is a scam number Recommend you block it

A guy said we had bought a TV from argos last year..we hadn't. He asked if it was working. I just put the phone down.

A woman who said she was calling from Domestic and General on behalf of Argos. Ended the call and blocked number.

I answered but nobody spoke, the call ended straight away.
