Received a call to say I reported a building issue which was not true.

Received a call from this number 5 mins ago. They claimed it was a call regarding issue I'd recorded about condition of my flat i.e damp etc. Never phoned anyone as flat is fine lol

Called me to say I reported damp in my house, and then asked if I am facing issues. I asked them who they wanted to speak to... Obviously either a cold caller or a scam or both.
