The number links to Tesla - I said "Hello" a few times and just heard background noise (sounded like a call centre) so hung up. But from memory I did look at the goverment's electric car / bysicle schemes. But I haven't contacted Tesla directly , but I'm dyslexic - so all these "cookies" and enquiry forms have way more words than I can read, so my phone number has probably been passed onto them. Plus Elon Musk ignored how his workers at Twitter felt about invasion of privacy, so I also resign my interest in his electric cars (there are others available in the Market - but they've not contacted me yet)
