Called claiming to be EE. They asked if I had a network issue and said that my device is using 4g towers instead of 5g and that they’ll upgrade my phone today. They asked for an email address, which I thought was weird, so I asked them to send me a text confirming they’re EE. They said they could WhatsApp me, but I told them to send me a text confirmation. They then asked for my email again, so I hung up. This was a scam. EE always sends me a text to confirm.
