"Alex" from "Sky Promotion Centre" told me I would be receiving a heavy discount off my broadband bill because i'm such a good payer and have never missed a payment. (I don't have broadband with Sky!). Then started asking me for personal details. Apparently for verification details. Refused to answer when I asked him for details to verify he was calling from Sky. Kept asking for my details so I told him what I thought of his heavy discount offer. Needless to say... he put the phone down.
