My mother phoned this scam number for SSE. It’s a call forwarding scam operated my a company called Directory Network Ltd. I’ve contacted them requesting a refund of the £12 my mother has been charged but they have yet to reply!

I was charged £6.25 for a call I didn't make the only thing my provider has said is that I may have just viewed the website when thinking about fitting an awning... I didn't ring them and I don't remember them ringing me, my provider very kindly refunded the charge
