0901 545 0900 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

i WAS CHARGED £26'59 For calls I never made. Virgin must know of this scam!

09015450615 these people need locking up! Virgin say I rang this no. I didn;t & was charged £21.91.

Had the same experience as the above posters- charge of £5.85 plus VAT for a 5 min conversation on a call that never happened. Virgin media have said they will refund the charge. If they don't then I'll move my business elsewhere. Boils my pee that scams like this can operate with impunity. If I weren't so conscious of checking all bills would likely have missed this

Was called from this number on 29th Dec, I hung up after less than 10 seconds as the person on the other end was asking (with very poor English) for someone who does not live here. This showed up on my bill as me making a call for 1min 55secs and cost £6.55. Less than 5 minutes later another incoming call, no voice from the other end so hung up, this one showed on my bill as me making the call for 6min 53secs and cost me £7.58. Have just managed to get BT to refund. What chance do you have when you can be pick-pocketed by Phone.

I have had this exact same issue today. exactly the same process as well.

This just happened to me. I don’t even recall any call. My bill says it was outgoing but I would never call a premium rate number. Got charged £28. Virgin weren’t happy to refund but listened and eventually did for me. Thank you Virgin. They said they would be looking into the matter further as I made them aware of this post/ thread.

The same has happened to me. Did u have any joy claiming dpd?

I phoned dpd customer services about a parcel 3 times. I was charged over £44 extra to my phone bill. Apparently when I hit the button on the Web page to phone from a mobile I was transferred to this premium number who then transferred me to dpd customer services and charged me for the call unbeknown to me. In my opinion dpd's security was compromised and I will be taking the matter up with them.

Driving and never had a call, complete scam

Fraud. Called me or I returned a call and got a 9 pound bill and supposedly spoke to them for 5 min which I never did. Fraud. Burn in hell

I never called this number and got charged £9! For a 4 minute call.

I never called this number but apparently I talked to them for 2.5 minutes and received a bill for 14 pounds

scam! EE have refunded the full amount thankfully. it looks like it could be an auto dialler and when your answer phone kicks in it automatically bills you for 5mins + a service fee! the EE rep said hes had a few of these in the last 6 months!

Apparently it is DPD If you Google DPD customer services you get an option to press a button to call from the phone you are using without a number being provided. You are literally charged by the second.
