Rung once as for other people on here. How come the operators are allowed to continue operating if they are ignoring guidelines (I'm registered with the TPS) and obviously working a scam.

I have a missed call from this number. It's a non geographical number with an access and service charge. Don't call it back!!!

Received a call from ths number at just gone 11am, my phone rang once then cut off. I never call back numbers I don't know, so decided to search online and found hundreds of other people who have had the same number ring their phone once.
