This number is American Express and they are complete scum. Despite being advised i have stage 3 cancer they have hounded me continually for payment, I normally miss the payment and within 2 weeks have it caught up, its never been more than 3 weeks late, they know im going through hell at the moment and every day I get a phone call, a txt message and an email telling me to pay. Ive filed a formal complaint that only gets ignored, their online chat people say they will stop all the contact they just continue. If I was months behind I would understand them calling, but being only a little behind, less than 2 weeks and they know of my cancer circumstances its totally discusting. If i beat cancer I will never use Amex ever again and im being quite vocal about it, the number of people who say theyre an awful company to deal with when theres a problem is staggering - wish I had known what they were like beforehand, if you reading this I hope it makes you consider chopping up your AMEX card
