Claiming to be virgin media but unsure on the trueness to this.

Someone with a foreign accent advising me they are from virgin and reviewing my Account. They started asking to confirm my first line of address etc and I hanged up.

Answered phone to silence. Blocked.

They knew my full name. Asked for dob and first line of address to confirm identity. Refused to provide it and politely ended call mutually. If you Google the number location it takes you to a caravan park between mitton and Whalley north of England

How do I fix this? If I have downloaded malware etc?

I recently had my ebay account hacked items were purchased and then these silent calls started, my advice is change your passwords on everything, they have gained your personal information and they are testing the water. That's why they phone, also turn your router on and off incase they are using a remote desktop, you may have downloaded spyware or malware.
