knew my name, said they were calling from AVIVA, started running through a "health check" with me for what sounded like health insurance. I answered maybe 3 questions relating to no medical health issues, no smoking and no changes before I confirmed he was calling from AVIVA, he then immediately hung up the phone. I am now in the process of contacting AVIVA and advising them of the situation
