This number has been used to notify of health appointments on many occasions. My experience is that it is genuine.

Widnes area: Received a text from this number reminding me I had an appointment for an flu jab tomorrow. But I've never made this appointment, and the text doesn't say where the appointment is, so I'm going to ignore.
