"Bank Security Department" querying payment requests from Amazon (and other) and saying to call back on #1 to allow or #2 to speak to them. PURE FRAUDULENT SCAM...BEWARE! Third exact same recorded message (different numbers) in a week - the last 2 from a private Vodaphone, this via EE.
