Indian lady rang rom a mobile number said she was from general medical council asked about my covid status if I had any of my jabs told her I was not willing to give her that information it was between my employer and doctor told her if she was genuine she should know better than to ask about it as its confidentiality she hung up when I refused to engage with her.

He said he was from the General Medical Council. I refused to answer any of his questions. He seemed annoyed and he ended the call.😂

claimed he was a public health employee. Asked about my COVID vaccine status then asked about my health provider. Then hung up with I refused to provide information.

"Sam" from the General Medical Council. Said he could see I was fully vaccinated (COVID). Did not attempt to take me through any security questions (to validate me) despite knowing my name and so i ended the call quickly. This is a scam.

“Sam” called claiming to be from the GMC, asking information regarding my covid vaccine status and asking for info re my GP. Advised him I was busy at work in a hospital (true!!), but if he passed me his email address I would get back to him! He suddenly decided the very clear line was poor so had to terminate his call…he promised to phone me straight back though! 🤣

Healthcare based scam, hang up straight away For some reason he didn't hide the number

Indian/Pakistani accent, terrible phone line. Knew my name and asked about my experience with my GP, vaccination service during the pandemic. Also asked me if I had personal health cover, I said that I do and he wanted the name but I wasn't willing to provide it. He said that he was not going to try to sell me anything but needed the name of my healthcare provider for their records. I insisted that I would not give it to him and the call was ended at their side.
