Some sort of call centre based ‘debt company’. I didn’t catch all of what she said but it was citizen helpline or something along those lines. Firstly I don’t know why they would use a mobile number. They knew my name and claimed I had debt I was paying a monthly rebate on which isn’t true. She was polite when I told her no and wished me a good day which is unusual as they’d usually just hang up on you or get rude.
