They called claiming to be a contractor who installed loft insulation in the house in 2022. We have had many scam calls concerning the insulation, so I told them not to call again. One of the first things I said was that our number is on the Telephone Preference Service. The caller replied: “I know - what’s that got to do with anything?” Ignorant as well as fraudulent!
