Scam/Fraud

Somebody (with a heavy sounding Indian accent) introduced himself as "Michael Brooks", and confirmed my name/number. He then proceeded to tell me that he was calling from Blockchain recovery Department, about some unclaimed Bitcoin. I've never had bitcoin. He then said someone had registered a penalty charge against my name/number, and he could clear this for a small fee. At which point I told him to do one.
