About 12.05 PM today, Thursday 16th. July 2026, Somebody telephoned our house on the above telephone number. We recognised it and allowed it to go to answer phone. A woman started to speak. She did not identify herself or who she represented. " she said that they had found some suspicious actions on our Bank card. Deductions of £300 to amazon and a £1000 on a bank transfer." The call was then cut off. We immediately checked all our bank cards and they were all in order. This was clearly a scam. I feel strong action should be taken to identify this caller as an Older person would be very intimidated by this call and may fall for the scam.
