07700 161656 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Just asking for feedbacm and offering discount (Hello Fresh). If you'r not intrested don't bother giving feedback and wasting poor agent's time because they probably get commission per sale. They will apply it for you by placing it on any delivery date in next for weeks and you can also change the date afterwards or JUST CANCLE.

All the comments are saying its scam, but I've had a call twice from this number and both times it's been after I've recently cancelled hello fresh, offering me discount to come back. And each time my account has been reactivated and the discount has been applied!

Call claiming to be from Hello Fresh, knew my name and that my last order was in 2020 and asked for me to provide feedback and to receive discount - I said I wasn’t interested but he kept asking me to leave feedback and he will give me a discount. I put phone done

Sceptical at first but confident this is Hello Fresh. After asking me to rate out of 10 my experience of HF he said he would set up a discount on my account. I gave him no details except confirming my first name (which he already had when I answered the phone). I got a follow-up email (didn't click on the links to be safe). Checked my HF account on my app and saw the discount he'd applied as described over the phone. Would confidently say this is legit.

Said he is from hello fresh, asked for details straight away! Scam, so I ended the call

Had a missed call and automated reply asking me if I want to accept charges for the call so I hung up.

Claiming to be hello fresh. However i requested absolutely no contact and they was persistent in offering different discount everytime i said no. Was ready to hang up but think they got the message after i took a nasty tone.

Claiming to be hello fresh - I said e mail me the offers then and I’ll have a look - kept saying they need to be done on this call? Very worrying!

I made mistake to return call. Number looks like mobile number but turns out to not be part of my unlimited UK mobile bundle. Every call costs 40p. Beware.

Lady claimed to be calling from Hello Fresh but it didn't sound legit to me so I ended the call. I wonder if the people who phone in have been duped themselves and actually believe they really are working for Hello Fresh....or they have absolutely zero conscience. sad times.

Someone pretending to be hello fresh, knew personal details about me like address and then proceeded to ask more about bank details and payment which I didn’t give, they then sent a fake email with dodgy links so there must be a data breach at hello fresh

Called 2 times. Says they are Hello Fresh which I have stopped. They rang my work number which is odd as I wouldnt have included that on my profile. Dodgy hung up.

Called 6 times in 5 min around noon on a Wednesday. My ringer was off so I didn’t answer but then looked up the number here. Glad I didn’t answer. I was a hello fresh customer previously but don’t think I would have given any details.

Pretending to be hello fresh. Knew my name. I hung up immediately as didn’t think they call from a mobile number so obviously a scammer.

SCAMMER Posing as Hello Fresh. Professional and believable start to the call. Knew my name and that I was a recent user (even know how many boxes and number of meals in each) asking for feedback to improve service. Offering further discounts, when I said I’d think about it in my own time they proceeded to try and get me to agree to delivery date. When I said no thank you if I want to restart I’ll do it online, they were very rude and hung up.

Left a voicemail huffing and tutting down the phone. Can’t say that’ll convince me to pick up. Likely HelloFresh as I’ve used them in the past.

Scam. Said was Hello Fresh. Started off professionally saying the call would be recorded and asking for feedback. Offered discounts on the next boxes but I said I wasn’t interested and they hung up the phone immediately.

Hello fresh, didn’t find out what they wanted as we cancelled months ago.

Said from hello fresh and offered promo. I told him I’m gousta director and hang up

Didn’t pick up the call but left me a voicemail heavy breathing and he said ‘there is bukakke over me yeah’ worrying

Hello Fresh calling off a mobile number. Demanding money from me for an order I didn’t place. They’ve text and called for 9 days in a row. Also using my middle name and surname…. Which is really weird as I never use my middle name for anything… how they know my middle name is really strange and scary. Definitely dodgy.

Hello fresh scam asking for details

Called me non stop for about 10 minutes. I looked up the number and can see its a scam so have now blocked the number.

Claimed to be Hello Fresh (I cancelled a free trial many months ago as they couldn’t cater to a serious allergy). Offered me a discount even though I told them I didn’t want to try again. Reminded them that I had unsubscribed and requested no communications. Started asking me for personal information which I refused so he started getting nasty and shouting at me, told me someone else will call me again then hung up on me. Definitely a scam, although not sure where they’re getting their information from as they had my full name and amount of boxes I’d received from HF.

Man saying he was hello fresh, knew my email, payment method etc. Offered me a discount to reopen my hello fresh account

Claiming to be from Hello Fresh asking how my service went. Then offered me further discounts, which they weren’t able to send via email and instead asked for personal details. They got a bit flustered when I questioned why a company such as HF would be calling from a mobile number.

Must have been a Hello Fresh data leak. They knew my name and that I had cancelled recently.

Hellofresh scam caller couldn't even make sense of him dunno how he got my number

Scammers pretending to be Hello Fresh. Wanted to give us a discount but needed loads of personal and details first.

Hello fresh. I’ve got multiple accounts with hello fresh and never had this before so was very hesitant. Asked about their service and then if I wanted a discount, which is funny since I deactivated my account. Asked for a email all of this and they said it’ll send after the call. I hung up when he started asking personal information and I’m pretty sure something about card details lmao

Just had the exact same claiming to be HelloFresh but they knew my partners name (she used my number for the account as her signal is unreliable) They wanted to know account details and I advised if they’re HelloFresh they should know them and should look to contact us with an official email like HelloFresh actually do…

Said they were from Hello fresh with a very thick accent. I put the phone down to check the number out. Quite worrying that they knew my first name.

HelloFresh scam. I contacted HelloFresh who told me they do not make calls from mobiles and that this is a scam.

Hello Fresh Asked me for feedback on a box I had ordered recently. Then went on to offer me discount and offers Started asking for personal details so I didn’t pass anything over. I asked to have the offer emailed to me. Said their system wasn’t working. Then I ended the call.

Stated from Hello Fresh offering discount, asked for contact via email said they weren’t able to do that. Began requesting personal details so ended call without giving details
