I called back and it was engaged, I added their number to WhatsApp but they do not have WhatsApp, and did not leave voicemail or text messages.

Persistent caller , plays prerecorded message and no one speaks , I always hang up when I don’t recognise the callers number and when they do not leave a voice mail message. Another number to block .
