Claimed to be from BT and needed to upgrade sim. Total scam. Don't give them any information they ask for. Same Asian sounding female caller from 2 weeks ago when they claimed they were EE upgrading servers and needed to change sim.

Called me and said they were from my mobile phone provider, I asked how they got my number and they responded but I couldn’t understand what they said so I told them so and they shouted ‘oh my god’ and hung up.
