I have a app that checks numbers for me and this came up as scam

Phone showed it was a scam call so didn't answer.

Phone call offering me 40% reduction in my mobile bill. He then tried to guess which network I was on, after 4 wrong guesses I asked what type of fraud was he running today and how many more guesses he wanted, at that point he started swearing and I lost my sense of humour and adventure and hung up . .. clearly spoofing a company telephone number as came back as a ground works company in Bristol
