Wanted to update my sim for free but wanted my all my details. I asked them to give me my name initials before I would give my full name. She could not tell me and was insistent I should give my name. I did not and came off the phone. Blocked the number.

A guy said calling from EE to upgrade to 5G & will send a new sim with same number . I said no I will callback myself as my husband sorts it out . When I dialled myself it was incorrect number so definitely a scam as they wanted me to answer few questions .
