Was a pre-recorded message asking to add them on WhatsApp didn’t catch the first 2seconds saying where they where ringing from was too quick. Probably a scam if people are all getting the same phone call w same number

They asked to link up on WhatsApp as they had a job offer. They didn't give a name. I'm not looking for a job, and why couldn't they have gone straight through WhatsApp?
